I am a freelance photojournalist who focuses on visual storytelling. I specialize in social-documentary photography that is used for editorial purposes. Through my work I like to emphasize the importance of human connection through artistic expression. I combine my passion of photography and humanitarian work to capture once in a lifetime images.

    While earning my bachelors degree in I learned to bring out the small moments and big emotions of my subjects. I like to focus on the interesting people and places that I find while looking through the lens and show them in unconventional ways. My work is fueled by my passion for humanitarian work, that I picked up while studying international relations at American University. I love to document the good, the bad, and the ugly, of what goes on in the world around me while bringing it to life.

    Whether I am documenting someones everyday life or bringing a distant land to the sights of those who may never see it, I go the extra mile to make sure that a second is never missed. I have the knowledge and the ability to capture my subjects in their element, while allowing their personalities to shine.  As a photographer I am haring my vision as a traveling photojournalist photographing every moment that this life has to offer.
